GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/ Woman accused of being impaired by alcohol and drugs after pedestrian accident in Oakfield

The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office reports that on August 1, 2018, Deborah Rodriguez, 50, was arrested for operating a vehicle while allegedly under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

Rodriguez was backing out of a driveway and struck a pedestrian that was walking down the sidewalk.

She is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, DWAI/Drugs/Alcohol, DWI, and unsafe backing of motor vehicle.

Rodriguez was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Oakfield Court on September 10, 2018 at 6:00p.m.

The pedestrian involved was transported to UMMC and was treated for minor injuries.
