Connor D. Gardner, 19, of Kemp Dr., Macedon, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd and unlawful possession of marijuana after he was found parked on the side of the road, partially blocking the road, on Wortendyke road in Batavia on August 25, 2018 at 12:54a.m.
Gardner was allegedly found to be in possession of Xanax, marijuana and a scale when deputies stopped to check on him.
Gardner was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on September 3, 2018.
Julie Ewing, 29, of Mill St., Akron, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, driving to the left of pavement markings and failure to signal after a traffic stop on Bloomingdale road on the Tonawanda Indian Reservation on August 24, 2018.
Ewing was arraigned in Alabama Town Court and jailed in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,500 bond bail.
Ewing will re-appear in court on September 6, 2018 at 4:00p.m.
Justin D. Pursel, 28, of North St., LeRoy, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, failure to keep right and leaving the scene of a property damage accident following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident on Batavia Elba Townline road in the Town of Batavia on August 25, 2018 at 1:30a.m.
Pursel was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on October 25, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
