GENESEE COUNTY/ Arrest report for G-Eazy concert at Darien Lake, two jailed after fighting with law enforcement

The following people were arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Department during the G-Eazy Concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on August 24, 2018.

Terrance L. Falk, 19, of Watson St., Batavia, was arrested for disorderly conduct, harassment 2nd and resisting arrest after allegedly yelling obscenities around other people while being ejected from the concert venue, causing a disturbance. Falk also head-butted a Live Nation employee in the face and was fighting with law enforcement while being placed under arrest.

Falk was arraigned in Darien Town Court and jailed in lieu of $500 bail.

A 16 year old male of Audubon Dr., Amherst, NY, was arrested for false personation, obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest after allegedly being refused entry into the concert venue, running into a restricted area and fighting with law enforcement while being placed under arrest, and then giving a false name to law enforcement.

The teen was arraigned in Darien Town Court and jailed in lieu of $2,000 bail.

Kaitlyn M. Kist, 19, of S. Creek Rd., Derby, NY, was arrested for criminal trespass 3rd after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.

Kist was arraigned in Darien Town Court and jailed in lieu of $200 bail.

Brittany J. McGruther, 22, of Lower Mountain Rd., Lockport, NY, was arrested for criminal trespass 3rd after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.

McGruther was arraigned in Darien Town Court and jailed in lieu of $200 bail.

The following were issued appearance tickets to appear September 20, 2018 at 12:00p.m.:

Michaela R. Bohn, 18, of Clinton St. Rd., Batavia, was arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th after allegedly being found in possession of a small quantity of cocaine and heroin.

A 17 year old male of S. Main St., Angola, NY, was arrested for trespass after allegedly climbing on top of a concession stand and entering a restricted area.

Adam L. Vargas, 20, of Coleman St., Barker, NY, was arrested for trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.

A 17 year old male of S. Union Rd., Williamsville, was arrested for trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.

John J. Rozmus, 23, of Laird Ave., Buffalo, was arrested for disorderly conduct for allegedly yelling obscenities around other people trying to enter the concert venue causing a disturbance.

Kaylin M. Carlson, 19, of Rt. 64, Bloomfield, NY, was arrested for harassment 2nd after allegedly punching a person in the face.

Timothy D. Trask, 19, of Wilkinson Rd., Erin, NY, was arrested for harassment 2nd after allegedly pushing and shoving a law enforcement officer while another person was being arrested.

Ashley R. Jolliff, 22, of Lowell Rd., Tonawanda, NY, was arrested for harassment 2nd after allegedly shoving a law enforcement officer while another person was being arrested.

Able Nazareem Supreme Jones, 18, of Falls St., Seneca Falls, NY, was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly being found to be in possession of a small quantity of marijuana.

Cornelius Lawson III, 21, of Middle St., Geneva, NY, was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of a small quantity of marijuana.
