ORLEANS COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Lyndonville man charged with making a terroristic threat in Albion

On August 8, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Cassandra Flesch, 22, of Albion, with hindering prosecution 3rd. She was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and remanded to the Jail on $500 cash bail. She is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.

On August 10, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Christopher Johnston, 42, homeless, with criminal contempt. He was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and remanded to the Jail on $250 cash bail. He is scheduled to returned to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.

On August 15, 2018,  the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Cody Stanek, 25, of Lockport, with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Carlton Court at a later date.

On August 23, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Christian Carrasquillo, 23, of Lyndonville, with making a terroristic threat. He was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and remanded to the Jail on $10,000 cash bail. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.
