GENESEE COUNTY/Batavia woman indicted after being accused of possessing forged orders of protection

Melanie M Matesz, 52, of Batavia, has been indicted and accused of  the crime of criminal possession of a forged instrument 2nd degree,(2 counts) a class D felony.

It is alleged that on April 19, 2018 in the area of the Batavia City Court offices, located in the Genesee County Courts Facility, that Matesz possessed forged, fraudulent orders of protection.

 

Antonio M. McKinney, 43, of Buffalo, ha been indicted and accused of the crime of driving while intoxicated, as a class E felony.

On April 7, 2018, in the City of Batavia, McKinney allegedly drove a 2002 Mercedes-Benz in the Speedway parking lot at the intersection of  Rt. 5 and  Rt. 98 while intoxicated.

In count two,  McKinney is accused of aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree, a class E felony, after driving while his license was suspended, revoked or otherwise withdrawn by authorities.  McKinney is accused of having been convicted of DWI, as a misdemeanor in Buffalo on October 12, 2016. The conviction was within 10 years previous to the commission of the crimes alleged in the current indictment.
