On August 23, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by the New York State Police, arrested Jessy Miller, 31, of Medina, and charged Miller with resisting arrest after being arrested on an arrest warrant out of the Town of Gaines. Miller was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and remanded to the jail on $1,000 cash bail. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Shelby Court at a later date.
On August 27, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office arrested Shannan Joyner, 20, of Amherst, NY and charged her with 12 counts of criminal contempt 2nd. Joyner was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.
On September 5, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by the New York State Police and the Albion Police Department, arrested Brian Beach, 47, of Albion, and charged him with menacing 3rd and harassment 2nd. Beach was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.
On September 6, 2018, the Orleans County Sherriff’s Office arrested Justin Reisman, 30, of Waterport, and charged him with criminal contempt 2nd. Reisman was arraigned in the Town of Yates Court and remanded to the jail on $500 cash bail. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court at a later date.
