Ryan B. Callison, 41, of 14th St. W., Zimmerman, MN, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08 % or more and failure to yield the right of way when entering the roadway on Main street in Batavia in September 10, 2018 at about 9:40p.m.
Callison allegedly failed to yield the right of way when entering the roadway, nearly causing a collision.
He was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on appearance tickets. Callison will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on September 13, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Shawn M. Walburn, 45, of E. Main St. Rd., LeRoy, is charged with DWI, driving while ability impaired by alcohol, operating a motor vehicle without inspection and speed in excess of the posted 55mph zone after a traffic stop for speeding on Main road in Stafford on September 9, 2018 at 3:07a.m.
Walburn was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on October 25, 2018 at 6:00p.m.
