BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/LeRoy man charged following a disturbance

Jeremy J. Alwardt, 29, of Church St., LeRoy, is charge with criminal trespass 2nd and harassment 2nd following a disturbance on Holland avenue on September 26, 2018.

Alwardt allegedly forced entry into a person’s porch and struck that person.

Alwardt was arraigned and jailed in lieu of bail and appeared in City Court today.

 

 

Adam A. Alwardt, 30, of Willow St., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief 4th after a domestic incident where he allegedly damaged property belonging to another person on Willow street on September 24, 2018.

He was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail on $1,000 cash or bond.

Alwardt appeared in court on September 25, 2018.

 

 

Christine M. Jones, 31, of Hutchins Place, Batavia, is charged with illegal disposal of items after illegally dumping at 134 State street on September 26, 2018.

Jones will appear in court on October 4, 2018.

 

 

Kevin J. Fickel, 37, of State St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after he allegedly exited Tops Supermarket at 390 West Main street without paying for several items of merchandise.

The incident occurred on September 23, 2018.

Fickel was issued an appearance ticket and released and will appear in City Court on October 2, 2018.
