On September 29, 2018, State Police in Fillmore arrested Cameron W. Alvey, 25, of Bliss, NY, for DWI and unlawful possession of marijuana.
During a traffic stop on Lost Nation Road in the town of Centerville, Troopers determined Alvey had been operating his vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. Alvey was also found to be in possession of approximately 13 grams of marijuana.
He was arrested and transported to State Police in Fillmore, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.15% BAC
Alvey was processed and released with appearance tickets returnable to the Centerville Town Court in October.
