Sheila Heeter, 44, of Warren Pa., was arrested following a traffic stop on Rt. 98 in Arcade on September 29, 2018.
Heeter was stopped for driving too slowly and impeding traffic as well as failing to maintain her lane. Heeter failed field sobriety tests and was charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of 0.08% or above, failure to keep right, driving too slowly and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
She was arraigned in the Town of Arcade Court by Justice Salzer.
Heeter was committed to the Wyoming County Jail on $500 bail or $2500 bond. She is due back in court on January 1, 2018
