ORLEANS COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Blotter

On August 27, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by ICE, charged Michael Monson, 34, of Rochester, with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Shelby Court.

On August 27,2018 the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by ICE, charged Julio Angel Ruiz-Vargas, 37, of Rochester, with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Shelby Court.

On August 27, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by ICE, charged Efrain Remegio-Padilla, 28, of Rochester, with unlawful possession of marijuana and a window tint ticket. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Shelby Court.

On September 10, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by the New York State Troopers and Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, charged Joseph Jennejahn, 30, of Hamlin, with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court.

On September 22, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Carlo Pokol, 42, of Holley, with resisting arrest and harassment 2nd. He was arraigned in the Town of Murray Court and remanded to the Jail on $400 cash bail. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court at a later date.

On September 23, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Conor Obrien, 31, of Rochester, with harassment 2nd. He was arraigned in the Town of Murray Court and remanded to the Jail on $500 cash bail. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court at a later date.

On September 23, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by the New York State Troopers, charged Judd Farewell Sr, 50, of Medina, with criminal contempt. He was arraigned in the Town of Ridgeway Court and remanded to the Jail on $200 cash bail. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court at a later date.

On September 26, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Brandon Belski, 23, of Clarendon, with falsely reporting an incident 3rd. He was arraigned in the Town of Clarendon Court and remanded to the Jail on $5,000 cash or $5,000 bond bail. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court at a later date.

On September 30, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Mitchell Merrill, 33, of Batavia, with trespass. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court at a later date.
