Morgan R. Coles, 20, of Jackson St., Batavia. is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 1st, a class B felony, for allegedly possessing ten or more firearms after a search warrant was executed at a residence on Jackson street on October 3, 2018.
Investigators with the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and the agents with the ATF arrived on scene at 108 Jackson street about 5:00p.m. and searched Coles’ apartment.
Investigators and Agents recovered several firearms matching the description of the firearms that were stolen from the Firing Pin in Bergen last Thursday after 11:00p.m. 14 Firearms were reported stolen and the building was forcibly entered.
Coles was arraigned in City Court and jailed without bail. Additional charges are pending.
Law Enforcement also towed several vehicles from the scene.
