Dale T. Young, 38, of Ellicott St., Batavia, is charged with sex abuse 1st/by forcible compulsion, a class D felony, criminal sexual act 1st, a B felony, by forcible compulsion and criminal sex act 3rd, and E felony, actor 21 years or more/victim less than 17 after police were called to a residence on Ellicott street for an incident that had occurred on October 9, 2018.
After a police investigation, Young was placed under arrest and was then processed at the Batavia Police Department.
He was arraigned in City Court and bail was set at $50,000 cash or $100,000 bond.
Young was transported to the jail and re-appeared in City Court yesterday.
