BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Corfu woman charged with DWAI/drugs after accident on Richmond avenue

Jamie L.  Edenholm, 31, of Gabbey Rd., Corfu, is charged with DWAI/drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, possession of a hypodermic instrument, criminal use of drug paraphernalia and failure to keep right after a one car accident with a telephone pole at 208 Richmond avenue on October 5, 2018 at 4:13p.m.

Edenholm was found to allegedly be driving while impaired by drugs and was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

She was issued appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on November 7, 2018.

 

 

Katty L. Jackson, 22, of East Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal trespass 2nd after previously being told she is not welcome at her ex-boyfriend’s residence on Central avenue on October 8, 2018.

She allegedly knocked at the interior door of the residence for an extended period of time.

She was released with an appearance ticket.

 

 

Elena E. Vega-Vazquez, 36, of Washington Ave., Batavia, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or  more, and failure to keep right after a traffic stop on Howard street on October 5, 2018 at 12:17a.m.

She was allegedly found to be operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition and was arrested.

Vega-Vazquez was processed and is to appear in City Court on October 17, 2018.

 

 

Brian P. Suttell, 41, of Lake St. Rd., LeRoy, is charged with criminal possession of marijuana 5th after he was allegedly witnessed by police smoking marijuana in a public parking lot at 214 East Main street on October 6, 2018.

Suttell  was processed and will appear in City Court on October 23, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

Janeen A. Young, 21, of William St., East Randolph, NY, was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant for petit larceny from January 3, 2018 at an apartment on Jackson street.

Young was released on her own recognizance and will return to City Court on November 20, 2018 at 9:00a.m.

 

Joshua D. Sumeriski, 33, of Buffalo Rd., Alexander, is charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after allegedly operating a vehicle without the owner’s permission.

Sumeriski was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $1,000 bail.

He re-appeared in court on October 9, 2018.

 

 

Christopher J. Wiegman, 30, homeless, of Batavia, was arrested on a warrant out of City Court after failing to appear on an appearance ticket from September of 2018.

Wiegman was processed and appeared in court on October 9, 2018.
