Ryan M. Norton, 44, of Bloomingdale Rd., Alabama, is charged with DWI and aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more after a motor vehicle accident on Alleghany road in Alabama on October 14, 2018.
Deputies arrived on scene and located a vehicle with heavy front and side damage and then located the operator walking away from the vehicle.
Norton allegedly struck a parked car in Orleans County before being stopped in Genesee County.
He is will appear in Alabama Town Court on November 14, 2018 at 6:00p.m.
Eric C. Dockstader, 34, of Council House Rd., Tonawanda Indian Reservation, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after a report of a violation of a court order complaint on Meadville road on the Tonawanda Indian Reservation on October 13, 2018.
Dockstader was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Alabama Town Court on November 1, 2018 at 4:30p.m.
