GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Oakfield man charged after being accused of failing to provide two dogs appropriate housing

John W. Mitchell Jr., 44, of S. Main St., Oakfield, is charged with three counts failure to provide proper sustenance under the Agriculture and Markets Law after allegedly depriving two dogs of appropriate housing. Mitchell also allegedly deprived one of the dogs of physical care.

Mitchell was charged on October 19, 2018 for the incident on September 29, 2018.

He was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Oakfield Town Court on November 5, 2018 at 6:00p.m.

 

 

Richard A. Dekenipp, 50 of Fayette St., Palmyra, NY, is charged with petit larceny after an investigation into the theft of a carton of Seneca Menthols at a business at 1031 Ledge road on the Tonawanda Indian Reservation on October 13, 2018.

Dekenipp allegedly passed all points of purchase without paying.

He was arrested on October 19, 2018 and was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in Alabama Town Court on November 7, 2018 at 6:00p.m.
