BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Women charged after physical altercation on East Main street

Renee L. Sweet, 36, of Prestige Crossing, Batavia, and Danielle E. Winter, 28, of Park St., Alden, are each charged with disorderly conduct after they were observed by two Batavia Police Officers engaging in a physical altercation outside of 214 East Main street on October 20, 2018..

Both Sweet and Winter were issued appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on October 30, 2018.

 

 

Ronnie L. Calloway, 24, of Hutchins Place, Batavia, is charged with assault 3rd after an incident on Hutchins Place on October 23, 2018 at 1:57a.m

Calloway was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $2,500 bail.

He is scheduled to re-appear on October 25, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.

 

 

Thomas A. Griffin II, 31, of Ellicott Place, Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly violating a stay away order of protection by being at the residence of the protected party on October 20, 2018.

Griffin II was issued an appearance ticket  and will appear in City Court on October 30, 2018.

 

 

Katty L. Jackson, 22, of East. Main St., Batavia, was arrested on a warrant for allegedly failing to appear after being served an appearance ticket for criminal trespass.  Jackson was picked up on the warrant at her residence and arraigned in City Court and released on her own recognizance. She will appear again on November 8, 2018.

 

Harry R. Silliman, 54, homeless, of Batavia, was arrested and charged with criminal contempt 2nd after violating an order of protection on Maple street on October 19, 2018.

Silliman was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $1,000 bail. He re-appeared in court on October 22, 2018.
