GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Alabama man accused of violating an order of protection then attempting to conceal the contact

Ryan M. Norton Sr., 44, of Bloomingdale Rd., Alabama, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd and falsifying business records 1st following an investigation into a violation of an active order of protection on August 30, 2018.

Norton allegedly contacted a protected party in a stay away order of protection and then attempted to conceal the contact by falsifying business records.

Norton was arraigned in City Court on October 20, 2018 and jailed without bail until his next court appearance.

Senior Corrections Officer Matthew Burgett and Deputy Richard Schildwaster assisted in the investigation which was conducted by Deputy Ryan DeLong.

 

 

Jesse James Qutermous, 31, of North St., LeRoy, is charged with grand larceny 4th and petit larceny following a complaint of a credit card being used by an unauthorized person on September 28, 2018.

Qutermous allegedly used a bank card, not belonging to him, to pay for an item on Facebook Messenger.

He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on November 12, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
