While on patrol on Oakta Road in the Town of Perry on October 24, 2018, Deputy Previty performed a traffic stop on a vehicle for failing to keep right.
The operator was identified as Karissa K Sardina, 35, of Perry.
Further investigation showed that Sardina was allegedly driving while intoxicated. She was placed under arrest for DWI and transported to the NYS Police barracks in Warsaw for a breath test.
Sardina was issued the following uniform traffic tickets-
– Failure to Keep Right
– Consumption/Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle
– DWI
– Driving with a BAC of .08% or more.
She was released to a third party and is to appear in the Town of Perry Court on a later date.
