GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Staten Island man charged after allegedly choking a person

Justin Williams, 56, of Post Ave., Staten Island, NY, is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing after allegedly placing his hands around another person’s neck and causing them to not be able to breath.

The incident occurred on November 5, 2018 on Main street in Oakfield at 2:58a.m.

Williams was arraigned in Oakfield Town Court by Judge Baker.

He was jailed in lieu pf $2,500 cash bail and $5,000 bond bail.

Williams re-appeared in court on November 5, 2018 at 6:00p.m.

 

 

Miguel Hernandez-Gonzalez, 35, of East Rd., Bethany, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and unsafe backing following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident on East Road in the Town of Bethany on November 3, 2018 at 4:42a.m.

Hernandez-Gonzalez was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Bethany Town Court on December 27, 2018 at 7:00p.m.
