WYOMING COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Lancaster man arrested on a warrant for loan fraud

On November 2, 2018, a Lancaster man was arrested on a warrant following the investigation of a loan fraud from a resident in the Town of Bennington.

William E. Fullagar Jr., 39, of Lancaster, N.Y., was charged with grand larceny 3rd following an investigation.

Fullagar Jr. was arraigned in the Town of Bennington before Justice Brandon and was committed to jail on $500 bail. Fullagar Jr. is scheduled to appear in the Town of Bennington Court at a later date.

 

Kyle T. Burger, 28, of  Perry, was arrested following a traffic stop on Lamb Road in the Town of Covington on November 2, 2018. Burger was the passenger in a vehicle which was stopped for a traffic infraction, and during the course of the traffic stop Burger was found to possess a bag containing marijuana.

Burger is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Covington Court on December 3, 2018.
