Susan M. Rea, 45, of Sheridan Rd., Bergen, is charged with DWI, refusal to take a breath test and stopped/parked on a highway after being found asleep behind the steering wheel of her vehicle in the area of Wortendyke road and Rt. 33 on November 10, 2018 at 3:52a.m.
Rea was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and released on her own recognizance. She is due back in court on December 17, 2018.
Rick A. Drury, 21, of Judge Rd., Alabama, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and moving from a lane unsafely following an investigation of a vehicle off the roadway on Ford Road in the Town of Elba on November 10, 2018 at 3:55a.m.
Drury was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Elba Town Court on December 19, 2018 at 7:00p.m.
Craig H. Sleeman, 38, of Victor, NY, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more/no priors, unsafe turn/failure to signal, failure to keep right and moving from a lane unsafely after a traffic stop on Main street road in the Town of Batavia on November 11, 2018 at 1:48a.m.
Sleeman is due to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 28, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
