A reported disturbance call on November 11, 2018 in the Village of LeRoy has led to the arrest of 31 year old Chiyannon J. Bundy of Lake Street, LeRoy.
Bundy is charged with one count each of burglary 2nd, a class C-felony and criminal mischief 4th, a class A-misdemeanor. It is alleged that during the disturbance, Bundy knowingly and unlawfully entered a residence with the intent of damaging property and damaged the property of another.
Bundy was arraigned before the Hon. J. Duyssen of the LeRoy Town Court and released under the supervision of the Genesee Justice Program.
