Dylan J. Perry, 36, of Batavia, has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury and is accused of the crime of burglary 3rd and petit larceny after allegedly unlawfully entering a business at 1940 Broadway road in December of 2017 and stealing money, $300.00, and a pair of work boots.
Perry was located in Manchester, Tennessee in April of 2018 and extradited back to New York after being arrested there on separate charges.
