ORLEANS COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Blotter report

On November 2, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Andrew Campbell, 32, of Albion, with unlawful surveillance 2nd and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and remanded to the jail on $10,000 cash/$20,000 bond bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.

On November 3, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Dennis Biaselli, 44, of Albion, with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, driving on canal bank, and moving from a lane unsafely. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.

On November 4, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by the Department of Environmental Conservation, charged Jeremy Lonnen, 27, of Medina, with criminal possession of a weapon 4th. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Gaines Court at a later date.

On November 4, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Melanie Reisman, 25, of Lyndonville, with criminal mischief (warrant). She was arraigned by the Town of Yates Court and remanded to the Jail on $1,000 cash bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court at a later date.
