Rodney S. Schwartz, 53, of Broadway Rd., Alexander, is charged with DWI, 2nd offense within 10 years, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st and open container, following an investigation into a domestic incident on Broadway road in Alexander on November 25, 2018.
Schwartz was jailed on $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond bail and is to return to Alexander Town Court on November 29, 2018 at 4:30p.m.
Isaiah P. Petty, 21, of Van Schoick Ave., Albany, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway following a traffic stop in the City of Batavia on East Main street on November 24, 2018.
Petty was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City of Batavia Court on December 18, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
