GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Teen charged after allegedly grabbing teacher’s head and shaking it

A 16-year-old male, of Bergen, is charged with harassment 2nd after grabbing and shaking a teacher’s head and shaking it during class at 6917 West Bergen road in Bergen on November 14, 2018 at 12:40p.m.

The teen was arraigned in Bergen Town Court and an order of protection was issued.

He will return to court on December 12, 2018 at 5:00p.m.

 

Joseph M. Smith, 42, of Colonial Lane, Bath, NY, is charged with bail jumping 3rd after failing to appear for a scheduled court appearance in the Town of Batavia Court on June 11, 2018.

Smith was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and jailed in lieu of $1,000 bail.

 

Sara R. Tombari, 21, of Roanoke Rd., Pavilion, is charged with bail jumping 3rd after failing to appear for a scheduled court appearance on October 23, 2018 in City Court.

Tombari was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $2,500 bail.
