On November 19, 2018, State Police in Machias/ BCI arrested Roxanne Feller, 25, of Warsaw, NY, for a felony vehicle and traffic charge of possessing a forged title.
Investigators determined that Feller took a vehicle title that was forged and submitted it to DMV to have the vehicle registered in her name. Feller was arrested and released on appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Yorkshire Court at a later date.
