Jesus F. Macario Ixcolin, 26, of Horseshoe Lake Rd., Stafford, is charged with strangulation 2nd after an incident on Horseshoe Lake road on September 17, 2018.
Macario Ixcolin was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and jailed without bail.
He will appear in Stafford Town Court on December 11, 2018 at 9:00a.m.
Michael A. King Jr., 20, of Batavia -Oakfield Townline Road, Oakfield, is charged with offering a false instrument, a felony, after allegedly filing a false document with the Genesee County Probation Department.
King Jr. will appear in City Court for arraignment on December 12, 2018 at 10:00a.m.
Aaron M. Draper, 28, of W. Academy St., Albion and Judd A. Farewell Jr., 27, of West Ave., Medina, are each charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing merchandise from Kohl’s Department store on Veteran’s Memorial Drive on December 6, 2018.
Draper and Farewell were issued appearance tickets and released.
They will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on December 13, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
