BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Two charged after two separate larcenies at JCPenney

Two subjects have been charged with petit larceny after allegedly shoplifting at JCPenney at 40 City Centre on December 4, 2018.

At 11:36a.m. Elizabeth M. Grattan was arrested after she was observed shoplifting at the store. 

At 1:26p.m., Darrell J. Holloway, 50, of Farnesworth Ave., Oakfield, was arrested after a larceny at the store. 

Both subjects were issued appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on December 11, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

Quella SM Polk, 37, of Birchwood Dr., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd following a domestic incident in the gym at John Kennedy School on December 8, 2018 at 10:00a.m.

Polk had unwanted physical contact with another person.

Polk is to appear in Batavia City Court on December 18, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

Jeremy G. Ives, 43, of Hutchins St., Batavia, is charged with felony DWI, 2 previous convictions, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st and following too closely after a traffic stop at 355 West Main street on December 8, 2018.

Ives was allegedly operating his vehicle while intoxicated and having a revoked license.  He was arraigned and held without bail and will appear in City Court at 1:30p.m. this afternoon.

James E. Baker, 56, of Summit St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and no headlights after a traffic stop on Summit street on December 7, 2018.

Baker was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol.

He was issued appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on January 2, 2019.
