On December 20, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Jacob Gurnsey, 28, of Albion, with assault 3rd. He was arraigned in the Town of Gaines Court and remanded to the jail on $500 cash/$1,000 bond bail. Gurnsey is scheduled to return to the Town of Gaines Court at a later date.
On December 20, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Michelle Bennett, 33, of Albion, with assault 3rd. She was arraigned in the Town of Gaines Court and remanded to the jail on $350 cash/$700 bond bail. Bennett is scheduled to return to the Town of Gaines Court at a later date.
On December 21, 2018, at the Albion Walmart, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Jason Trotta, 44, of Albion, with petit larceny and trespass. Trotta was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.
On December 22, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Gregory Vogt, 31, of Byron, with 3 counts of grand larceny 4th. Vogt was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Barre Court at a later date.
On December 22, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by the Medina Police Department, charged Alicia Hale, 37, of Medina, with criminal possession of a controlled Substance 7th. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Shelby Court at a later date.
On December 23, 2018, at the Orleans County Jail, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office executed a bench warrant on Xavier Richardson, 28, of Brockport. He was arraigned in the Town of Murray Court and remanded to the jail on $500 cash/bond bail. Richardson is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court at a later date.
