Mark D. Tooley, 35, of Oak Orchard Rd., Elba, was arrested on a sealed indictment warrant for allegedly having sexual contact with a victim under the age of 13 on January 4, 2019.
Tooley is charged with sexual abuse 1st, acting in a manner/injure a child less than 17, and criminal sex act 1st after an incident in Stafford on December 24, 2018.
Tooley was arraigned in Genesee County Court and jailed on $10,000 cash /$20,000 bond bail.
He will re-appear at a later date.
The investigation was conducted by Youth Officer Tim Wescott and Youth Officer Howard Carlson.
