GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Bethany man threatens people with a pistol

Kevin J. Compton, 57, of Clipnock Rd., Bethany, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 3rd, two counts of reckless endangerment 1st, two counts of unlawful imprisonment and two counts of menacing following a domestic incident on Clipnock road in Bethany on January 5, 2019.

Compton allegedly threatened two people with a pistol.

He was arraigned in Bethany Town Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash and $40,000 bond bail.

Compton is due back in Bethany Town Court on January 15, 2019 at 7:00p.m.

Adam J. Gill, 30, of N. Bergen Rd., Bergen, was arrested following a visit from Probation in the Town of Elba on Church street on January 3, 2019.

Gill was arrested for criminal contempt 2nd for allegedly being inside the residence and in the presence of a protected party.

Gill was arraigned in Oakfield Town Court and jailed on $500 cash and $1,000 bond bail. He is due back in court on January 9, 2019 at 5:00p.m.
