Following a hit and run motor vehicle investigation in which a fire hydrant was damaged, Brenda L. Simpson, 57, of Perry, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief 4th/ recklessly causing property damage of another person in an amount exceeding two hundred fifty dollars.
Simpson was also cited for leaving the scene of a property damage accident, moving from lane unsafely, and two equipment violations. Simpson is to appear in Perry village court on February 5, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
