Jennifer S. Davis, 39, of Webber Ave., Oakfield, is charged with felony DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, following too closely and refusal to take a breath test following an investigation into a two car motor vehicle accident that occurred on Rt. 63 in the Village of Oakfield on January 11, 2019.
Davis allegedly was operating a motor vehicle intoxicated by alcohol while possessing a conditional license and rear ended another vehicle.
Davis was arraigned in Oakfield Town Court and will return to court at a later date.
Shadow Star Jonathan, 24, of Meadville Rd., Tonawanda Indian Reservation, is charged with assault 2nd after allegedly assaulting another person on October 14, 2018 on Sandhill road in Alabama.
Jonathan was arraigned in the Town of Alabama Court and bail was set at $10,000.
He will re-appear in court on February 7, 2019 at 4:30p.m.
