A 17 year old male has been charged with harassment 2nd after unwanted physical contact by the student against a staff member at Batavia High School on January 14, 2019 at 12:30p.m.
The teen was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 22, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Ronnie J. Flinchum, 59, Mill St., LeRoy, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court on a prior assault 3rd charge.
Flinchum was arrested on January 14, 2019 at 127 North street.
He was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $1,000 cash or bond bail.
Flinchum will re-appear in City Court on January 17, 2019 at 9:30a.m.
Mehmet K. Dilek, 43, of Meadowbrook Rd., Rochester, was arrested on a bench warrant out of City Court for failure to appear on April 17, 2018.
Dilek was arraigned in City Court and jailed with bail. No bail amount was released. Dilek will re-appear in court today.
