A Genesee County Grand Jury has handed up a 10 count indictment accusing Dale T. Young Jr., 38, of Ellicott Street, Batavia, of sexual abuse and sex acts with a child less than 17 years old.
In count 1, Young is accused of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor, after knowingly acting in a manner likely to be injurious to the physical , mental or moral welfare of a child less than 17 years old in July or August of 2016.
In count 2, Young is accused of the crime of sexual abuse 1st, a class D violent felony after subjecting another person to sexual contact by forcible compulsion in July of 2018 on Ellicott street in the City of Batavia.
In count 3, Young is further accused of the crime of criminal sexual act 1st, a class B violent felony after engaging in oral sexual conduct by forcible compulsion in July of 2018 on Ellicott street in the City of Batavia.
In count 4, Young is accused of the crime of criminal sexual act 3rd, a class E felony, being 21 years old or more, did engage in oral sexual conduct with a person less than 17 years old on or about the end of July 2018 on Ellicott street in the City of Batavia.
In count 5, Young is accused of the crime of sexual abuse 1st, a class D violent felony, after subjecting another person to sexual contact by forcible compulsion at the end of July of 2018 on Ellicott street in the City of Batavia.
In count 6, Young is accused of the crime of criminal sexual act 1st, a class B violent felony, after engaging in oral sexual conduct by forcible compulsion on October 9, 2018 between 4am and 5am on Ellicott street in the City of Batavia.
In count 7, Young is accused of criminal sexual act 1st, a class B violent felony, after engaging in oral sexual conduct by forcible compulsion on October 9, 2018 between 4am and 5am on Ellicott street in the City of Batavia.
In count 8,, Young is accused of criminal sexual act 3rd, a class E felony, after engaging in oral sexual conduct with a person less than 17 years old on October 9, 2018 between the hours of 4am and 5 am on Ellicott street in the City of Batavia.
In count 9, Young is accused of criminal sexual act 3rd, a class E felony, after engaging in oral sexual conduct, being twenty one years old or more, on October 9, 2018 between the hours of 4am and 5am on Ellicott street in the City of Batavia.
In count 10, Young is accused of sexual abuse 1st, a class D violent felony, after subjecting another person to sexual contact by forcible compulsion on October 9, 2018 between the hours of 4am and 5am on Ellicott street in the City of Batavia.
