STATE POLICE/Warsaw/Java man charged with felony DWI

On January 30, 2019, at 11:29 P.M., Troopers out of Warsaw arrested Randall E. Wahl, 31, of Java, NY, for driving while intoxicated, felony DWI, for two previous convictions within 10 years and failure to keep right.

Troopers stopped Wahl on Rt. 78 in the Town of Java for failing to keep right. He was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Wahl recorded a .14% BAC.

He was arraigned in the Town of Sheldon court and remanded to the Wyoming County Jail in the lieu of $250 cash and $2000 bond. Wahl is to appear in the Town of Java court on February 6, 2019 at 7:30P.M.
