On January 12, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Kerry Ianni, 52, of Medina, with falsely reporting an incident and resisting arrest. She was arraigned in the Town of Ridgeway Court and remanded to the Jail on $1,000 cash/$10,000 bond bail. Ianni is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court at a later date.
On January 14, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Richard Meise, 36, of Albion, with trespass. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.
On January 14, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged David Sharp, 24, of Holley, with sex abuse 1st. He was arraigned in the Town of Clarendon Court and remanded to the Jail on $500 cash bail. Sharp is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court at a later date.
On January 25, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Robert Sylar Jr, 29, of Albion, with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and refusal to submit to a breath test. He was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and remanded to the Jail on $500 cash bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.
On January 27, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Christopher Allis, 18, of Lyndonville, with harassment 2nd. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court at a later date.
