GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Albion man charged with grand larceny

Edward R. Loper, 30, of West Bank street, Albion, is charged with grand larceny 4th and misapplication of property following a police investigation into an incident that took place on Hartwell road in Pavilion on September 23, 2018.

Loper allegedly stole property from another person with a value in excess of $1,000. Loper also allegedly misapplicated property from the same person.

Loper, who is currently jailed in Orleans County, was arraigned in the Town of Pavilion Court on February 5, 2019. He was remanded back to the Orleans County Jail and bail was set at $5,000 cash and $10,000 bond.

Loper will re-appear in the Town of Pavilion Court on March 5, 2019 at 3:00p.m.

Bryan M. Beach, 35, of Dolbeer St., Perry, is charged with criminal contempt 1st, harassment 2nd and aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd after allegedly shoving another person in violation of an active order of protection.

The incident occurred at 8400 Lewiston road on February 3, 2019.
