Jeremy R. Eaton, 41, of 669 Ellicott street, Batavia, was arrested after failing to register a change within 10 days, prior offense.
Eaton is a registered NYS level 2 sex offender and was on parole. He was being held at the Genesee County Jail on a parole violation at the time of his arrest.
Eaton was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the jail without bail.
He is scheduled to re-appear in City Court on March 21, 2019 at 11:00a.m.
Jill M. Turner, 36, of Burke Dr., Batavia, is charged with dog running at large after allegedly allowing her dog to run at large onto her neighbor’s property on Burke drive on February 17, 2019.
Turner was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on March 5, 2019 to answer the charge.
