Kayleigh M. Perez, 29, of Cone St., is charged with two counts of grand larceny 4th after allegedly stealing a debit card from Walmart on January 13, 2019 and using it at several locations.
Perez also allegedly stole a credit card from an Oakfield address.
Perez was arrested on February 21, 2019 and issued appearance tickets in the Town of Batavia Court and Oakfield Town Court.
She will appear in the Town of Batavia on March 7, 2019 and in Oakfield on March 11, 2019.
