PRESS RELEASE
On February 26, 2019, at 11:40 A.M., the New York State Police in Holland arrested Regina M. Krygier, age 52, of Curriers Road in the town of Arcade for aggravated driving while intoxicated.
Krygier was stopped on Rt. 16 in the town of Holland for moving from her lane unsafely.
The trooper interviewing Krygier detected the odor of alcoholic beverage.
Krygier was given field sobriety tests which she failed. She was taken into custody and transported to SP Holland where she submitted to a breath test with a .26% result.
Krygier was processed for aggravated driving while intoxicated and released on tickets returnable to the town of Holland court on March 7, 2019 at 6:00 P.M.
