GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Oakfield man charged after illegally making a connection to the Village water line

Brian C. Falk, 36, of Irving Parkway, Oakfield, is charged with criminal tampering 2nd after unlawfully making a connection with the main water line and connecting it to his residence after being advised the connection was terminated.

Following an investigation, it is alleged that Falk, without having any right to do so, nor any reasonable ground to believe he had such right, made a connection with the Village of Oakfield’s water line.

Falk was issued an appearance ticket on February 20, 2019 and will appear in Oakfield Town Court on March 4, 2019 at 6:00p.m.

Philip J. Severino, 42, of Pratt Rd., Pembroke, is charged with assault 2nd and endangering the welfare of a child less than 17 years old after an investigation into a domestic incident that occurred in the Town of Pembroke on Pratt road on February 20, 2019.

Severino allegedly endangered the welfare of a child during the incident where he assaulted another person.

He was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and jailed in lieu of $2,000 cash and $4,000 bond bail.

Severino will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on March 12, 2019 at 4:30p.m.

Elizabeth M. Johnson, 39, of Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway after she was found by law enforcement asleep with her vehicle’s motor running on Indian Falls road in Pembroke on March 2, 2019 at 1:24a.m.

She will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on March 21, 2019 at 4:40p.m.
