On March 3, 2019 at 2:25AM, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Joseph M. Skrzypek, 36, of Java Center, for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle without stop lamps.
On March 3, 2019, Troopers stopped Skrzypek on Rt. 78 in the Town of Java for no brake lights. He was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Skrzypek recorded a .14% BAC.
He was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Java court on March 20, 2019 at 7:30P.M.
