STATE POLICE REPORT/Pennsylvania woman arrested after traffic stop for speeding


On March 9, 2019, Troopers out of Warsaw arrested Jacinda S. Sosa, 26, of Hallstead, PA, for driving while ability impaired by drugs.

Troopers initiated a traffic stop for speeding on Route 20A, town of Perry.  

Troopers determined Sosa was impaired by drugs and administered Standard Field Sobriety Tests.  State Police seized .18 grams of marijuana from her vehicle and arrested Sosa for driving while ability impaired.  

Sosa was transported to SP Warsaw and evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Department.  Sosa was released on appearance tickets returnable to the town of Perry Court on March 20, 2019.

On March 9, 2019 at approximately 1:15 a.m., Troopers out of Albion arrested Spencer W. Heidemann, 28, of Kendall, NY for driving while intoxicated and moving from a lane unsafely.

Trooper stopped Heidemann on Lakeshore road in the town of Kendall for moving from a lane unsafely. While speaking with Heidemann, there was an odor of an alcoholic beverage. He was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests. Heidemann was then transported to SP Albion where he provided a breath sample of .16 BAC.

Heidemann was issued tickets returnable to town of Kendall court for March of 2019.
