Justin T. Gladney, 29, of N. Spruce St., Batavia, was arrested on three separate warrants on March 13, 2019.
All three warrants were issued by Batavia City Court.
One was a bench warrant for failure to appear, one arrest warrant for failure to appear on an appearance ticket and one for falsifying business records 1st and criminal impersonation 2nd.
Gladney is facing more charges after being arrested. Two petit larceny charges and giving a false name to the police while being fingerprinted at the Genesee County Jail.
He was remanded to the jail on all three warrants and is being held on $15,000 cash/bond bail on the new charges and $2,500 cash or bond on the other two warrants.
Gladney appeared in City Court again on March 14, 2019.
