Following a traffic stop on South Main Street on March 17, 2019 at 12:16 A.M. for speeding in zone, Devin M. Husted, 21, of Bliss, was arrested for DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, DWAI, consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, failure to change address with the DMV and no plate lamps.
Husted was processed at the Perry Police Department and given an appearance ticket to appear in court on April 16, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
