STATE POLICE/Rochester man arrested for DWI with a B.A.C. over four times the legal limit

Pembroke, NY – On March 13, 2019, at approximately 9:41 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 for a vehicle and traffic violation. An investigation revealed the driver of the vehicle, Domenico J. Mammoliti, 25, of Rochester, was found to allegedly be intoxicated. 

Mammoliti was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Syracuse where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.38%.  He is charged with aggravated DWI; a misdemeanor, and vehicle and traffic violations.

Mammoliti was released to a sober third party with appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Pembroke Court on March 19, 2019 at 4:00 p.m.
