BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/East Main street man forces way into residence

Juaquin E. Davis, 23, of East Main St., Batavia, is charged with two counts of criminal contempt 1st, physical contact and previous conviction within 5 years, and burglary 2nd after a domestic incident on Thomas avenue on March 18, 2019.

Davis allegedly forced his way into an apartment and had unwanted physical contact with a protected party who has a complete stay away order of protection.

Davis was arraigned in City Court in front of Judge Balbick and was jailed in lieu of $5,000 bail

Davis re-appeared in court on March 22, 2019.

Aisha I. Culver, 20, of Thomas Ave., Batavia, was arrested on March 17, 2019 on a City Court warrant after failing to appear in court on a traffic summons.

Culver was previously charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and various other traffic infractions on November 27, 2018.

Culver was released on her own recognizance.

Henry L. Banks, 49, of Ross St., Batavia, was stopped for a traffic violation on Ellicott street on March 24, 2019 and was found to have a bench warrant out of City Court.

Banks was processed and then arraigned in City Court in front of Judge Rogers. He was remanded to the jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail and $5,000 bond bail and will re-appear in City Court later today.

Jordan R. Rose, 18, of Maple St., Batavia is charged with criminal possession of marijuana 4th, weighing more than 2 ounces, and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, following a Probation search of his residence on March 22, 2019.

Rose was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $1,500 cash bail and $2,000 bond bail.
